These Terms and Conditions pertain to the Dhursan Construction Referral Program, and by participating in the program, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Dhursan Construction commits to providing a referral bonus of $5,000 (including GST) to the designated individual on the Referral Application (“the referrer”) who successfully refers a friend or family member (“the referee”) to Dhursan Construction.

This payment is contingent upon “the referee” entering into a Building Contract with Dhursan Construction and will be disbursed by cheque, cash, or voucher within 7 days from the commencement of construction on “the referee’s” project.

Additionally, Dhursan Construction undertakes to furnish “the referee” with a cheque, cash, or voucher valued at $5,000 (including GST). This benefit is limited to one cheque, cash, or voucher per contract.

To qualify for this promotion, the Referral Application must be submitted to Dhursan Construction either at or before the time “the referee” enters into a Preliminary Building Agreement with Dhursan Construction.

Alternatively, registration can be completed online at www.dhursanconstruction.com.au/referral-program, provided it occurs before “the referee” commits to a Preliminary Building Agreement with Dhursan Construction.

Dhursan Construction retains the right to modify or withdraw this offer at its sole discretion, without prior notice. This offer is valid until March 31, 2024.
